(Business) Coaching

A Coach assists you to bridge the gap between where you are now to where you would like to be. With the help of powerful techniques, tools, and methods the coach can support your process and make it far more effective than if you worked alone. It is a unique opportunity to focus and move forward on your personal, professional, or organizational goals through the exploration of ideas and candid dialogue in a confidential and safe environment.

Coaching goals could be

  • solving a problem
  • working through something you are stuck on
  • self-development (Answering the question: Who am I?)
  • fine-tuning a skill
  • creating change or growing with change
  • identifying and gaining clarity on your goals

A coach helps you achieve your goals by

  • Helping to raise your awareness with powerful questioning techniques so you can get clarity on what you truly desire and who you are at your core
  • Assisting you to create practical, step-by-step action plans to reach your goals
  • Providing on-going support through any changes or obstacles you may encounter
  • Providing you with tools, techniques, and strategies to create lasting change and success

Coaching is a protected space

With your coach, you can speak openly and confidentially about your concerns or problems. Together we analyze and work on practical and successful solutions.

Drivers, deep beliefs and wrong assumptions

are often in the way of problem-solving. In addition to the classical coaching techniques and change of perspective, we work with established methods such as provocative coaching. So we can identify our own pitfalls and get rid of them effectively.

Every method in the coaching process

is transparent and will be explained to you. We like to work with visualizations through symbols, pictures and the flipchart. This helps to make the process or system more vivid and clear.

When is the coaching successful?

You can just ask yourself the same question now and I will support you as a coach. And that exactly is our first goal. The goal can change from time to time or even in every session and this is totally normal.

I can promise you, that you will take something out of every session. After each session, we will review and discuss your next step, no matter how small it is.

Business Coaching:

Our offer goes to managers with whom we work on their individual concerns in individual settings, usually between 60 and 90 minutes. We recommend six to ten sessions for the process, each session three weeks apart. There is no minimum purchase.

The client is in charge of the process continuation each time, because voluntariness and the will for personal development are the basic requirements for a successful coaching process.

Business coaching goals could be

  • development and implementation of new strategies
  • preparing for a leadership role
  • interpersonal conflicts
  • political issues
  • preparing for a difficult talk
  • And sometimes managers simply want to develop and learn more about themselves

These are just a few examples why managers come to us.
