I’m Uyen Truong (Lyn), a licensed counsellor & psychotherapist. I have been practicing both in Vietnam and Australia over the past three years, working with adolescents and adults from various cultures and backgrounds.

I’m currently based in Australia but can see clients online from Vietnam.

Whether you are experiencing emotional distresses, having difficulties connecting with self and others, struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, trying to recover from childhood traumas or simply being overwhelmed by life challenges , I am here to support you.

Using person-centred, trauma-informed and attachment theory-based approach while incorporating mindfulness and somatic therapy techniques when necessary, I would hold space for you to connect with and reflect on your emotions and experiences, get closer to your true selves and tap into your own inner strength, resilience and personal resources; through which you can better navigate trials in life and make sustainable changes when you are ready

As a calm, intuitive and non-judgemental individual who have survived and embraced my own wounds, I’m humbled to walk alongside you throughout this inner work journey with sincere compassion and empathy

The first session is AUD 55 or VND 850,000.
